Returns and Warranty


If you are not happy with any product(s) purchased on our website for any reason, you can decide to return it within 14 days from receiving the shipment.

To return the product(s) you can follow the steps below:

Contact our Customer Care team calling +39 02-29002181 (Monday to Friday 09am – 1pm and 03pm – 07pm) or sending an e-mail to: indicating your order number and which item(s) you wish to return.
A Return Authorisation Number (RA) will be provided to you.
Pack the item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories, cases, bags and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.

The shipping cost of the returns are totally at user’s charge.

For your safety, we strongly suggest you to use as courier DHL, UPS or any other courier that gives the possibility to track the shipment and a method of shipment with an insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during the shipment.

The item(s) purchased should be returned within a maximum of 7 days from the moment you notified us your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Please be aware that once the parcel has been sent, it will take up to 15 working days to reach our distribution center in Italy and up to further 15 working days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse in Italy. Refunds will be issued on the original payment method used to place the order.

Items purchased from other authorized retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.


Check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is as expected. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing or damaged:

Contact our Customer Care team sending an e-mail to: indicating your order number. Please consider that you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment as, otherwise, we will not be able to accept responsibility for those item(s).
Please attach on the email clear pictures of the incorrect or damaged item(s) received, including the SKU code of the eyewear (usually found on the inside of the left temple), the delivery note and the package.
Indicate your delivery address where you want to receive the replacement.
Our Customer Care team will assess the information provided and investigate further. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the resolution.


The following guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer including, without limit, your right to reject goods that do not materially conform to their description or are faulty.

MDM warrants their sunglasses, sun clip-ons, optical frames against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship discovered during the period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods to you. You must inform MDM of the above defects within a reasonable period, and, in any case, within two months, from the date on which you detected them. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty unless the goods had such defect at the delivery.

The guarantee is applicable to all items, if physically available in stock in MDM’s warehouse at the moment of the request of warranty by the user. In case the item at the moment of the request of the warranty is not available in stock, MDM will propose to the user, in good faith and at its best, other colors of the same model for which has been requested warranty or other similar models.

Nothing in this Guarantee Policy shall be deemed to exclude or limit the liability of MDM for

death or personal injury caused by the negligence of MDM;
fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or gross negligence;
any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.
